Delivery Information

Charges

All orders for UK mainland delivery over £100 (excluding VAT) are delivered FREE of charge* below this amount there is a small charge of £9.95 for website orders*. For spare parts NOT ordered via the website, or for special orders, there is a standard delivery charge of £13.95 + VAT. Some special request spare parts orders may require additional postage and we will contact you to confirm these before despatch. Please note: these charges are for delivery to site only, unpacking, positioning and installation are not included, and these may be available in some cases for an additional charge.

Dispatch

Goods are dispatched Monday to Friday. (Excluding public holidays). Our sales operators will make all the arrangements for a quick delivery to you from our own or our supplier’s warehouses throughout the UK. Smaller items will arrive next working day* while bigger items needing specialist transport may take a little longer to arrive 1-5 working days.
We are able to offer same day delivery around Lancashire on our stocked items.
When we use third party carriers for our deliveries, delivery dates and times given are only best estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery

We use our own transport and installation engineers, manufactures transport and Royal Mail or APC Carrier. Goods are sent out the same or next working day from receiving your order (subject to stock being available). Deliveries are generally made on the day following dispatch.
We are able to offer same day delivery around Lancashire on our stocked items.
Please note: There must be someone available to sign for deliveries. If you have ordered a refrigerator or other large item we will tell you the day that the delivery will be made and we will give the courier your telephone number and ask that he rings and gives you an indication of the delivery time.

Note:

Carriers will make delivery to the door (or site) but not locations within (positioning and unpacking can be done for a small additional charge, call us for prices)
Deliveries to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area
Goods are delivered to the receivers address but not necessarily to the named contact
Should you fail to take delivery at the appointed address and time, goods may be returned to our warehouse or supplier. The costs incurred where goods are returned in relation to failed delivery attempts shall be passed on to you, the customer.
Claims for non delivery of goods must be made to us in writing within 5 days of the invoice date.
You must make sure that you have adequate provision and personnel to receive goods once off-loaded from the vehicle as the driver is under no further obligation from that point.
You must make sure that you have checked all dimensions thoroughly and have adequate access prior to ordering the goods being delivered, particularly large and bulky items, as aborted deliveries will result in additional charges. Some items of equipment on this site require installation. The cost of installation is not included in the price of any item except where specified. Some manufactures of products on this site recommend installation by approved engineers.

What to do when your goods arrive

We pack your goods very carefully to prevent damage. On receipt unpack the parcel carefully and check items received against the delivery note please look for any damage to the parcel before you sign the delivery note. Please note: It is the Purchasers responsibility to inspect the equipment at the time of taking delivery. Should equipment arrive damaged, the delivery note, driver's paperwork or electronic pad should be endorsed accordingly and the Company notified immediately by phone and must be in sent in writing by e-mail, fax or letter within 48 hours. We will then take the appropriate action.
You have the right to refuse delivery of a damaged item, please inform us immediately by telephone or email if this is the case.
Claims for damage will not be entertained on a clear signature or if signed unexamined, the Purchaser shall be deemed to have accepted the goods and shall be bound to make payment therefore on the due date.

A VAT invoice and Credit Card Slip will be sent to the person placing the order.

*Please note we cannot guarantee delivery services when we rely on a third party i.e. (carriers) however over 95% of deliveries are achieved on time*

*UK mainland excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Islands and some areas of Scottish mainland these areas may be subject to a nominal delivery charge please call for prices.
