The SmartCook Pizza Oven is a convection oven, with three levels, electronic controls for temperatures up to 450°C and two fan motors (one on the top and one on the bottom) for uniform fast cooking.

It is easy, thanks to the double cylinder system, to transform from a conventional oven to a superoven that makes fresh pizza in less than 90 seconds. All this with the appearance and taste normally only achieved with a wood fired oven.
